Electrolytic Cell Double Plate Welding Production Line

1. Robot laser welding of plates and medium frequency DC gantry welding of ribs are adopted, and the overall cycle time is only 25 minutes, which is far beyond the customer's expected efficiency;

2. The robot + gripper structure is adopted to realize automatic loading and unloading of plates, and the servo translation of plates in the welding station is coordinated to realize unmanned production after loading;

3. The laser welding station adopts composite tooling to ensure high-precision assembly of workpieces, and hydraulic pre-deformation is performed according to the expansion after welding to ensure that the overall deformation after welding is only 0.5MM, which is far lower than the deformation requirement of 1.5MM for final assembly;

4. Configure inspection stations, conduct water inspection (gas inspection is optional) on finished welded products to ensure that 100% of bipolar plates are qualified before they leave the production line;

5.Code the plates and add scanning cameras, configure the host computer data management system for the entire line, and automatically transmit the welding process data to the factory MES system synchronously.
