Mr. Deng and Mr. Zhang, Vice General Manager of Agera, personally led the tour. From the corporate culture wall to the production workshop, they introduced Agera‘s development history, corporate culture, and management philosophy along the way. Many guests showed great interest in Agera‘s workshop management and production processes, stopping frequently to ask questions and take photos. One guest from the manufacturing industry remarked, “To judge how well a company is managed, just walk through its workshop.”
