The single-piece process cycle is ≤ 8 seconds, and the key mechanical-electrical linkage response is ≤ 0.3 seconds. This ensures high production capacity while maintaining smooth operation and stable yield.
The connecting rod and the jig adopt a positioning pin/conical taper locking structure, with the repeatability positioning accuracy reaching approximately +0.1 mm. The cylinder force is adjustable, ensuring both anti-slip and avoiding workpiece deformation.
By using a programmable power supply and top forging force control, sufficient energy input and compaction are achieved. The mechanical properties of the solder joints reach or exceed the failure standards of the base material, and this is quantitatively verified through sampling tensile/tear tests.
The entire process is monitored in real time and the curves of welding current, pressurization time and top forging force are recorded. The parameters can be stored and exported (in CSV format), facilitating process optimization, defect traceability and quality management.
