1. High-quality welding:

The hydraulic double forging resistance welding method is used to achieve excellent welding of copper conductors, ensuring that the conductor properties and resistance are not damaged, and meeting high tensile strength requirements.

2. Intelligent operating system:

The equipment is simple to operate, and different welding specifications can be easily called through the preset PLC program to achieve rapid product switching, providing flexibility and operational convenience.

3. Stable and efficient welding:

The upsetting is accurately adjusted to the optimal timing, which improves the welding speed and quality compared to traditional structures, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the welding process.

4. Automatic slag scraping process:

The double forging process is used to automatically scrape slag, which is easy to operate and can easily pass the wire binding, achieving non-stop production and improving production efficiency.

5. The structure is stable and movable:

The equipment base is made of high-quality medium-thick steel plates and is tailor-welded, which has excellent rigidity and stability. It also has bottom wheels for easy movement and increased flexibility.

6. Flexible fixture design:

The C-type dynamic and static clamp seats are hydraulically pressurized to adapt to the clamping of copper rods of different diameters, ensuring that the workpiece is firmly clamped during vigorous upsetting.

7. Precision control system:

The upsetting mechanism driven by a hydraulic cylinder is used to accurately control the preheating and upsetting distance through photoelectricity to ensure that it can adapt to the copper rod cuts of different specifications and maintain consistent welding quality.

8. Perfect end processing:

The copper rod cutting mechanism is adapted to cut copper rods of different diameters to ensure that the ends are basically flat, providing a reliable foundation for subsequent butt welding processes.
