Dual online detection of nut and positioning pin
The displacement sensor measures the pressure stroke of the upper electrode in real time, and compares it with the set value to determine whether the nut is placed correctly and whether the product is qualified. The nut detection positioning pin further verifies the position of the nut, and cooperates with electrical, water, and gas over-limit alarms to automatically stop the machine, preventing defective products from being released and preventing the equipment from operating with faults.

Multi-language interface in Chinese, English, and Spanish
The touch screen supports switching between Chinese, English, and Spanish languages. The input power is customized according to the 480V/60Hz overseas power grid. The touch screen has a built-in remote module that supports remote debugging. It also comes with overseas remote operation training and remote video troubleshooting services during the warranty period. After the equipment is installed in the overseas factory, it can complete the debugging and operation handover without on-site presence.

Good welding quality
Automatic XY servo transplanting and automatic positioning welding is adopted. A medium-frequency inverter welding power supply is used, with stable current output. Each nut welding strength is consistent, the weld point strength reaches ≥ 5000N of the top push failure force, the nut thread is not deformed, and no secondary processing is required, saving processes and processing costs.
