The workers only handle loading and unloading. Once the button is pressed, the equipment automatically completes the welding at three positions, eliminating the need for manual welding and repeated alignment and adjustment; based on a 95% operating rate, the equivalent of a single shift is approximately 720 pieces.

Continuous high current discharge combined with precise pressure control, the cross-sectional line core is closely adhered, without false welding, missed welding, overheating damage. All indicators meet the drawings of Fendy products and the standards of the original equipment manufacturer.

Different types of busbars can be produced by using the corresponding formulas; the upper computer automatically records all process data, SPC automatically generates reports, and the MES port and protocol are open, enabling us to handle the audits from the OEM smoothly.
