  • To solve the problem of workpiece loading, the manual only needs to put the material on the track assembly line

    For the guide rail pads, we use the manipulator to take the material to the welding jig after vibrating the material, and manually place the guide rail on the assembly line. After the position is identified by the CCD, the manipulator automatically grabs the workpiece and accurately places it on the jig. The manual labor intensity is reduced, loading and unloading can be completed by one worker

  • The equipment is stable

    The equipment adopts all imported configurations of core components, and the welding power supply of the equipment adopts the doctor brand with Advantech industrial computer and the control system independently developed by our company. The network bus control and fault self-diagnosis ensure the reliability and stability of the equipment, and the whole welding process can be traced. , and can be docked with ERP system;

    Our station adopts an automatic stripping structure. After the welding is completed, the workpiece will automatically fall to the assembly line. The manual only needs to take out the welded workpiece on the track, which solves the problem of difficult removal of the guide rail after welding;

  • Ensure welding quality, improve production efficiency, and have strong equipment compatibility.

    The equipment is highly intelligent. It adopts the overall workstation method of four-station turntable and visual coordination with the manipulator. The whole process of automatic loading and unloading is automatic. Products of different specifications can be produced on one workstation. Only the tooling needs to be replaced, and the tooling replacement time is 13 minutes. Yes, and can automatically identify whether the pads are placed in place, whether the guide rails are placed in place, whether the welding quality is qualified, and all parameters can be exported, and the error detection equipment can automatically alarm and connect with the waste system for comparison to ensure that no waste will flow out. And the production capacity has been increased from the original 2,000 pieces per shift to the current 9,500 pieces per shift;
