Weld characteristics
After the workpiece is welded, the weld seam has no defects such as slag inclusions, cracks, pores, sand holes, etc., and is tested by ultrasonic and X-ray flaw detection. The welding seam can be raised, but the material is absolutely indispensable, and there must be no appearance defects after grinding

Welding port characteristics
After the workpiece is welded, the welding joint is straight and does not appear in a V-shaped state, and the flatness of the round end face after welding is not greater than 0.5 mm. There is no obvious gap in the butt joint of the weld, and the gap amount is required to be no more than 0.1mm

Accuracy characteristics
Bearing cage (frame) diameter Φ1500mm-Φ3000mm. The number of flashes should be consistent, and the flash difference should be controlled within 0.15mm
