The equipment adopts double forging butt welding process and has automatic tempering function. The welded joint has the characteristics of no pores, voids, slag inclusions and dense structure.
The welding speed is fast, and the welding tensile strength is close to or reaches the strength of the base material. It can be used for butt jointing of copper-aluminum stranded wires, carbon steel rods, rebar, brass rods, chromium-zirconium copper rods, red copper rods, and aluminum rods.
