By using servo pressure method and through the displacement and discharge detection circuits independently developed by Agera, it ensures that during welding, the pressure is kept at a relatively low level. After melting, the weld core crystallization is controlled by an extremely large forging pressure, and in conjunction with the auxiliary stroke, it moves at an extremely fast speed. The cycle time reaches 2.8 seconds, increasing by more than 50%.
