Agera Business School Officially Established | Learning for the Long Term, Improving Service Quality

Today, we are officially announcing: Agera Business School is founded.

During the first two-day training session, all members of the Business School gathered together, elected class committee members, and shared their own reflections. But what matters more than these two days is what it represents: the birth of a long-term organization.

From this point forward, Agera Business School will accompany every member for the long haul — internal training, mutual accountability, and growing together. And all of this starts from one single purpose: to serve our customers better.

1. Why did we establish Agera Business School?

A corporate business school is not a traditional school that enrolls external students. It is an internal talent development platform. It serves the company’s own employees and is oriented around real business practice. Large companies like Huawei and Fotile have their own corporate business schools, continuously investing in talent development, aligning philosophy, and building skills.

For Agera, establishing a business school is not about following a trend. It is about building our own long-term mechanism for improving service capability.

The core functions were explained clearly by our instructor:

Internal talent development – Turn the practical experience of senior employees and management into standardized courses, and develop people in batches who understand the company and understand the business.

Unified service standards – When everyone learns together, external service standards become consistent, and the customer experience becomes more stable.

Accumulating practical experience – Turn individual experience into company assets. New employees take fewer detours, and service quality does not vary from person to person.

Continuously empowering customer value – Regular training sharpens team capability, which ultimately improves customer satisfaction.

2. The long-term positioning of Agera Business School

Agera Business School is a long-term organization, not a one-time event.

After its establishment, we will arrange regular internal training and build a learning accountability mechanism, so members remind each other, motivate each other, and progress together. Learning does not rely on short bursts of enthusiasm — it relies on long-term persistence.

To better create a learning atmosphere, we held an election for class committee members right at the founding of Agera Business School. Four roles — Learning Committee Member, Discipline Committee Member, Recreation Committee Member, and Finance Committee Member — will each take on their own responsibilities, working together to drive daily learning, reviews, and activity organization. These are not titles. They are service — serving every member’s continuous growth, and serving the real implementation of every learning session.

3. A long-term cycle, continuously iterating

Our instructor summarized it in one sentence, which has become the operating principle of Agera Business School:

The essence of a corporate business school is to build a mechanism for continuous learning. It is not just about attending classes. It is a long-term cycle: training and learning → practical application → case review → course updates — continuously iterating team capability.

Large enterprises can build a complete business school system. Small and medium-sized enterprises can implement it in a lightweight way. Agera has chosen this lightweight, long-term path: selecting instructors internally, continuously building a case library and a service reference library, and running training series by topic. Let learning become a habit. Let experience become an asset.

4. The future: long-term companionship, continuous growth

The establishment of Agera Business School is only the beginning.

In the future, we will continue to improve our course library, case library, and service reference library. We will hold regular internal training sessions and encourage mutual accountability in learning, so that growth empowers customer service.

One team, one heart. Learn for the long term. Win together.

Agera Business School has officially set sail.

Long-term companionship. Continuous growth. See you at the next learning session.
