1.The equipment adopts double forging welding method, which is different from ordinary butt welding equipment. The welding process is more subdivided to improve stability and can weld 3-7mm high carbon steel wires;
2.The equipment has a special structure designed to neatly align the ports of the workpiece and ensure that all external conditions are consistent during welding;
3.After welding, the equipment automatically removes welding burrs, and the diameter of the welding joint is almost close to the base material. Later manual polishing does not require a lot of time, saving labor;
4.The welding equipment has an automatic tempering function, and the equipment monitors the tempering temperature by itself to meet the tempering process requirements.
