Components of Capacitor Energy Storage Spot Welding Machine

The capacitor energy storage spot welding machine is mainly composed of the power rectification section, the charge-discharge conversion circuit, the welding transformer, the welding circuit, and the electrode pressure mechanism. The power rectification section utilizes three-phase power supply and should have the following functions:

Ability to uniformly adjust the charging voltage of the capacitor.

Automatically shut off when the capacitor is charged to the required voltage, unaffected by voltage network fluctuations. During idle periods, if the energy storage capacitor voltage slightly decreases due to minor current leakage, it should automatically compensate for the energy to maintain a constant charging voltage.

Automatically cut off the power supply when the charging of the energy storage capacitor exceeds its limit, protecting the energy storage capacitor from overvoltage damage.

During the charging process, ability to limit the maximum charging current to reduce current shocks to the power supply network.
