Introduction to Electrodes and Water Cooling System of Mid-Frequency Spot Welding Machine

Electrode Parts of Mid-Frequency Spot Welding Machine:

High-quality, durable, and wear-resistant zirconium-copper electrodes are used in the upper and lower electrode parts of the mid-frequency spot welding machine. The electrodes are internally water-cooled to reduce the temperature rise during electrode material conduction, thus ensuring the durability and longevity of the electrodes.

Water Cooling System:

The water cooling system consists of five parts: transformer group water cooling, high-power rectifier diode group water cooling, upper electrode water cooling, lower electrode water cooling, and output copper block water cooling. Water distribution is achieved through a distributor, with individual flow control. It is equipped with a water flow monitoring device to check water pressure, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment without damage.

Monitoring Devices:

The equipment is equipped with water pressure monitors and air pressure monitors, as well as an alarm system.

Safety Mechanisms:

A foot pedal switch is used for activation, and the main machine cooling water is completely isolated from the high-voltage power supply, ensuring safety during operation. Danger warning signs are posted in areas with high voltage or potential hazards.
