2. The controller responds when turned on, but cannot be welded. Check the secondary circuit for insulation problems.
3. Cannot be welded. Check the control unit circuit board. It may be that the welding current parameters are too small; the electrode terminals and the battery are too large; the welding switch is damaged.
4. Excessive spatter during welding can penetrate the workpiece. It may be that the pressure is too small or too large; there is dirt on the surface of the electrode and the workpiece; there is a problem with the welding workpiece, the coated plate is easy to spatter during welding, and the welding current is too large. It can be solved after inspection.
