In practical applications, radiographic inspection is mostly used because it is intuitive and the films are easy to archive. Penetrant is more cost-effective and of course more convenient. However, ordinary factory products do not have such high requirements. Just make a penetrant. There are many methods for simple inspection of solder joints. If the requirements are not particularly high, there is no need to do radiographic inspection and only simple inspection is enough. Ways not to damage solder joints:

1. Insert a flat iron bar or screwdriver between the two pieces of metal welded by the spot welder, apply pressure on the tail of the iron bar or screwdriver, and form a gap of 2.6-3.7 mm between the metal plates. If the solder joints are normal at this time , it means it is a normal solder joint and the welding effect is good.

2. If the thickness of the board is inconsistent, the prying distance should be between 1.6-2.6 mm. If you persist in prying, the solder joints will be damaged. If tearing or twisting tests are performed, the welding slag should be removed after completion.
