The intermediate frequency spot welding machine has high conductivity, thermal conductivity, and high-temperature hardness on the materials used to manufacture electrodes. The electrode structure should have sufficient strength and stiffness, as well as sufficient cooling conditions. It is worth noting that the resistance of the contact surface between the electrode and the workpiece should be low enough to prevent overheating and melting of the workpiece surface or alloying between the electrode and the workpiece.
