The disadvantages of artificial pipe pile end plate flange welding are: unstable weld quality, poor weld consistency, waste of welding materials, low efficiency, etc., and due to the poor welding environment, welders’ wages are rising rapidly year by year, and personnel mobility is high, which is not good manage!

According to the needs of customers, Anjia has developed a fully automatic pipe pile end plate flange robot welding production line, which can automatically split pieces, seam-following welding, and automatic blanking, completely replacing manual welding, and greatly improving the quality of pipe pile end plate flange welding and efficiency.

 

The equipment takes two welding robots equipped with intelligent seam tracker as the core, which can automatically follow the seam, press it, weld two seams on two sides, one long and one short, and automatically unload the material. In addition to manual coiling, the whole process of fully automatic pipe pile end plate flange welding does not require personnel to participate.

The equipment is mainly composed of a slicing mechanism, a roller line, a seam following mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a welding robot, an automatic turning mechanism, a work displacement mechanism, a blanking mechanism, a control system, an automatic gun cleaning, and welding dust removal.

  • Automatic feeder

    It is composed of frame, silo, jacking and splitting, hydraulic station, slideway, detection sensor, etc. It can adapt to the automatic splitting of pipe pile end plate flanges with diameters of 400~600 into the drum line;

  • Automatic drum line

    It is composed of frame, roller, AC motor, reducer, sensor, pushing cylinder, etc., and is responsible for pushing the pipe pile end plate flange to the transfer station for standby; 3. Transfer mechanism

  • Transfer mechanism

    A six-axis welding robot is used, equipped with a digital inverter CO2 welding machine and a weld seam tracker, which can automatically adapt to the change of the length of the weld, the offset of the weld, and the width of the weld when welding the flange of the pipe pile end plate, and guide the welding torch to automatically Adjust the position welding current and welding speed to achieve welding!

  • Overturn transfer mechanism

    It is composed of clamping cylinder, rotating cylinder, buffer, guide rail, this wheel rack, servo motor, etc. It automatically turns over the welded flange on one side and moves to the next station to weld the other side; Welding overturn transfer mechanism

  • Unloading mechanism

    The three-axis handling module is used to place the welded pipe pile end plate flange and a few out-of-tolerance unwelded parts into different silos;

  • Control system

    Control the action timing of each executive element of the whole set of equipment. It is composed of control box, PLC, touch screen, detection switch and so on.
